Q:  How long does it take to process my order?
A:  Usually within 15 business days your RetroLift™ will be built; upon shipment a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Q:  Is Financing available?
A:  Yes you can apply via internet, phone or fax. See the financing section.

Q:  Will it fit my wheelchair?
A:  The RetroLift™ fits a standard size wheelchairs measuring 18 inches wide it will fit up to a 22 inch wheelchair.

Q:  Will I need any special tools to attach it to my wheelchair?
A:  No special tools are not required. Just a Phillips head screw driver.

Q:  Is there a warranty?
A:  Yes every RetroLift™ come with a 1 year warranty.

Q:  How much does it weigh?
A:  The RetroLift™ weighs less than 40 pounds.

Q:  How high will it lift me from the seat of my wheelchair?
A:  Over 17 inches!!!

Q:  What is the distance between the armrests when they are in the forward position?
A:  The straight armrests are 14 Inches and the curved armrests are 17 Inches

Q:  I have a custom cushion; will I be able to use it on the RetroLift?
A:  Yes, you may want to order your RetroLift with the seat pan only, without a cushion. The seat pan has Velcro so your custom cushion will easily attach.
